Shipping

We offer Economy Shipping which normally arrives within 8 business days, Standard Shipping which normally arrives within 5 business days and Expedited Shipping which normally arrives within 4 business days.

Some will arrive sooner or later depending on delivery location. Please note estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are estimated shipping times only, not guarantees. The carriers will not refund the shipping costs if these estimated delivery times are not met. 

Items going to APOs/FPOs ship via USPS.

International Shipping

U.K. Customers - Unfortunately, as of January 1st, 2021 we are no longer shipping to the United Kingdom. This is due to new tax regulations that require us to collect VAT and send these taxes to the U.K.  

Customers outside of the U.S.A. are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. 

Customers in Canada can estimate their duties and taxes hereWe automatically calculate the best shipping rate/carrier based on your location. Please note in some cases shipping costs could exceed the cost of the product.

Should delivery be refused due to any customs, duties or taxes imposed by the destination country, no refunds will be issued until the order arrives back to us. 

The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges in this situation. If an order is "abandoned" i.e. the customer refuses to pay their country's taxes and does not cover any return shipping costs (if required), no refunds can be issued.

Once the order is returned to us, the product price will be fully refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

International shipping times vary by location. In some cases, delivery can take up to, or over a month depending on the shipping service. Shipping times are provided by the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. Please note that external factors such as pandemics, wildfires, hurricanes, severe weather, and other natural disasters can cause additional shipping delays. All products are shipped from the United States.

Returns

Your happiness is one of our top priorities (second only to creating the best skincare products man has ever known). Have a problem? Contact Us and we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Should you need to return an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs if required. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns after 30 days

On very rare occasions, refunds may be authorized for return requests occurring after the thirty day return window. If approved, each item is subject to a $6 fee which is deducted from the refund amount. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us

Sales Tax

We are based in Washington, DC and are required by law to charge a 6% sales tax on all orders to addresses within the the District of Columbia. We are also required by law to collect sales tax in the state of Texas.
